Upcoming events

We invite you to bring a favorite dish made with vegetables from your garden for sharing. We will be joined by an Athens Services Sustainability Specialist for a brief presentation on commercial composting. This will be followed by a second composting presentation by our very own celebrity composter who will share his secrets for creating "black gold" compost.

Please join us for this last Parcel Chat of the season. Open to garden members, family, and friends.

This evening featured three talented presenters showcasing creative skills:

• Rock Painting - Watch and get tips as you create your own rock art. Paint supplies provided. Bring your own rock or request one in advance.
• Flower Press Art - Create greeting cards from garden blooms using a flower press tutorial and tools guidance.
• Henna Art - Discover this ancient body art from a talented artist and try it out yourself.
